The Village of West Dundee Finalizes the purchase of the mall property. In early 2024, the remaining interior tenants close.

2024 - 2025

Demolition & Site Prep CURRENT PHASE

Commencement of large-scale demolition on vacant anchor buildings and the enclosed mall structure. Environmental reviews and utility planning begin.

2026 and Beyond

Master Planning & Infrastructure

Finalizing the specific master plan concept (zoning, green space, roads). Partnering with private developers to begin vertical construction.
